What is the maximum load capacity of your trike?
The Tour/Tour Lite trike maximum load 550 Ibs. The Breeze/Breeze Pro trike maximum load 450 Ibs.
Is most of this trike pre-assembled and how long will it take?
Yes, the trike will be 90% pre-assembled. Please don't worry. You’ll just need to install the handlebars, front wheel, front or rear basket, pedals, and seat post. All necessary tools are included. For an experienced rider, assembly takes about 30–45 minutes. New riders can simply follow our
step-by-step assembly video for guidance.
Can the battery be removed for charging?
Yes, our all models have removable batteries for convenient charging. You can charge the battery either on the tricycle or separately in.
Can I ride the trike in the rain? Are there any water limitations?
Yes, the trike is designed with daily water-resistant protection, so it’s safe to ride in light rain. However, please avoid submerging the trike or spraying water directly on the electrical components. We recommend keeping the water level below the wheel axle for safe operation.
