We stand behind the quality of all Meet One e-trikes. Our warranty covers the frames for 5 years and other essential parts for 2 years against manufacturing defects. (Please note that free accessories are not covered.) To activate your warranty, simply register your Meet One Trike by filling out the necessary information.

This Limited Warranty applies to e-trikes purchased in the U.S. and is subject to the following terms:

  • The warranty begins when you, the original purchaser, receive the product from our online shop.
  • It’s only valid for you as the original purchaser.
  • Only e-trikes bought directly from our official website or authorized online stores are covered.
  • For e-trikes bought offline, please contact your original dealer for after-sale service.
  • As a Meet One Trike owner, you are entitled to lifetime troubleshooting support from our Customer Service Team.

Please Note: Our e-trikes are not intended for anyone under the age of 18. Underage riders must be supervised by an adult when riding.

Covered Products

1. Frame

  • We offer a 5-year warranty from the date of your purchase.
  • The warranty excludes paint, graphics, and suspension parts.
  • Exclusions include:
    • Corrosion
    • Paint fading, scratches, or impact marks
    • Impact damage
    • Non-reversible modifications (e.g., drilling/welding)

2. Batteries

  • We cover batteries for 2 years from the date of purchase or up to 600 charging cycles, whichever comes first.
  • During this time, the batteries are designed to retain up to 75% of their original capacity.
  • Exclusions include:
    • Altered or damaged serial numbers/bar codes
    • Use of non-compatible chargers
    • Tampered seals
    • Use in equipment other than the designated trike
    • Use of non-specific batteries, which could cause damage

3. Electrical Parts

  • We cover components like the motor, throttle, LCD display, controller, wiring harness, lights, sensors, and charger for 2 years from the date of purchase.

4. Accessories & Other Essential Components

  • We provide a 2-year warranty on accessories and essential components, including suspension forks, handlebars, brakes (excluding pads and rotors), rims, and shifters.
  • For parts like pedals, tires, cables, grips, and chains, we offer a 1-week warranty from the date of receipt.

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Consumables (e.g., tires, tubes, brake pads, grips, chains).
  • Damage from misuse, unauthorized parts or services, extreme riding, or improper assembly.

Shipping Damage

If any damage occurs during shipping, it's not covered by the warranty. However, we will replace damaged components if you:

  • Notify us within 15 days of receiving the product.
  • Provide photos of the damage.
  • Keep all original packaging and paperwork.

Credit Card Chargebacks

If a purchase becomes subject to a credit card chargeback, this warranty will be invalidated until the chargeback is resolved.

How to Make a Claim

To claim a replacement, we need photos or videos of the damage. Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Contact our Customer Service Team at support@meetonetrike.com.
  2. If a replacement is approved, follow our instructions for returning the damaged component.
  3. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless we agree to cover it.

Warranty Transfer

The warranty applies only to you as the original owner and cannot be transferred to anyone else.

This is our complete warranty policy. Our liability is limited to the original purchase price, and no other warranties are implied. Some states may have exceptions to these rules, so parts of this policy may not apply to you.
