United State: We ship across the 48 adjoining U.S. states(lower 48 states) and the District of Columbia. (not including Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii or P.O. Box addresses)
Other delivery addresses, please contact MeetOne Service Team at support@meetonetrike.com for shipping quotation.
Shipping Time
In the case when the stock is available, it takes up to 2 business days to process your order and another 5-10 business days for the order to arrive at your door.
Parts and accessories will be shipped separately from the e-trikes. Please note that it may take 8-15 days for the parts and accessories to be delivered within the USA. Please refer to specific product pages to check the estimated delivery time.
In the rare cases, there may be a slight delay in shipment and you do not receive your order within 14 business days, feel free to contact us at support@meetonetrike.com.
Shipping Cost
All our e-trikes come with free shipping.
Email Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email will automatically be sent to the email address associated with your order.Please note that if the customer chooses to arrange shipping through a third-party carrier outside of MeetOne’s standard shipping process, MeetOne will not be able to provide any additional shipping information or related documentation. Furthermore, MeetOne will not be held responsible for any damage, loss, or other issues that may occur during transportation handled by third-party shipping providers.
Shipping Carriers
MeetOne ships e-trikes using UPS, FedEx Freight, R&L Carriers, Daylight Transport, EDI Express, and other carriers, based on the size/weight of your order and your delivery address. We’ll ship your order in a single box whenever possible, but occasionally we’ll need to send multiple shipments: for example, if you’ve ordered several large/bulky items.
Parts and accessories may ship from our factory by USPS, UPS, FedEx, YunExpress and 4PX.
Order Tracking
You can track your order and shipping & handling information if you have placed an order on meetonetrike.com. For more shipping information, send an email to support@meetonetrike.com. We will respond to you within 24 hours.
Please note if your order includes other accessories, they will be shipped separately.
Shipment Cancelled
After the order is shipped out, we will not be able to cancel the shipment. Please see our Return Policy for return terms and instructions to send an order back for a refund, if desired.
Refused Shipments/ Return to Sender
If you refuse delivery of an order that you requested to be shipped, MeetOne reserves the right to charge a flat fee of $500 per e-trike to partially cover shipping and handling costs.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified, intercepted, or canceled. Additionally, shipping addresses cannot be guaranteed to be changed once an order has been shipped. If you need to request an address change, you must promptly contact MeetOne customer support by phone or email. We will attempt to coordinate with the carrier; however, additional address modification fees may apply. If the address change cannot be completed successfully, the shipment will be delivered to the original address listed on the order. MeetOne is not responsible for the outcome of address modification requests after shipment. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping address and for submitting any address change requests in a timely manner.
If delivery is refused and the shipment is returned to our warehouse, the order will be treated as a return. A refund will be issued to your original payment method for the purchase price, minus the $500 fee per e-trike.
Please note that in order to receive a refund, you must notify MeetOne in advance if you intend to refuse delivery. Failure to notify MeetOne in advance may result in significant delays in processing the refund for refused shipments.
No Responsibility for Loss, Theft, or Damage.
Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inactions of FedEx or any other parcel service.
Missing Items
If you have not received something you ordered from MeetOne within 30 days from the delivery date, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. If you do not reach out to us within 30 days of placing the order, we will assume that you have received all of your items and will not keep a record of the shipping information. To ensure that we can assist you effectively, please provide us with your order number and any other relevant information when contacting us.
